Audio problems with zoiper in Linux

Question

Hello we are using Zoiper for Linux (Xubuntu 16.04 LTE) but we are having some problems with audio. We can listen very well the client but they cant listen to us the voice goes with very noise like a robot voice. We have use Zoiper in Windows and everything was perfect. Can anyone help to solve this problem?

i am also facing same problem in Linux Ubuntu and linux mint, checked by changing Head phone, same problem.

Can you give some more information about your environment, where the server is, etc, as well as which codecs are being used?

Are you perhaps using alsa?

Try vi  /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

At the bottom of the file, comment out the line that says options snd-usb-audio index=-2

save and then do

vi  /etc/pulse/default.pa

Add this to the bottom.

load-module module-alsa-sink device=hw:3,0

This is assuming that your device is hw:3,0
