I have often seen in my call center, the representatives receives two calls at the same time, resultantly they are able to answer one call and the other one gets abandoned. There are two pop ups at the same time from two different numbers. This does not happen every time, but very often. We are using Zoiper with cloud based CRM.


Please let us know if there is setting in Zoiper to handle this.

If they answer one call, you can either ignore the other call, forward or cancel, but which version of Zoiper are you using?
