No Ring tone Iphone 6s

Hi my iPhone has no ring tone, it receives the notification at top of screen when locked but there is no ring tone, I have gone into the settings on the app and a ring tone is set, the notification is set to alert on the iPhone as well. Please help

Hello,

Check if you have not enabled "quiet mode" with the small button on the left side of your phone.
