how i can get incominig call in background? [closed]

hi! i changed settings to TCP but still doesn't have normal sound when received incoming call in background. it is only banner on screen and short message-beep after missings calls.

iphone 6, ios 8.4.1. , zoiper 3.4

related to an answer for: can Zoiper in IOS work in background and not be shown in the background screen? Clocks was better.
