No reversed lookup in XML Phonebook

Question

We've setup Zoiper 5 Pro to use an XML phonebook. However, when receiving a call no (reversed) contact-lookup is done and only the phone-number appears instead of the contact-name. How can we fix this, so we see who's calling?
