Handshake Failed when QR Scan

Hello there,

When i try to scan the QR code I'm getting "Handshake failed" screen. I don't understand what causing  the problem. Please Help

This indicates some issue with the TLS on your phone probably. Maybe you have a firewall blocking some connections ?

Thanks for your reply. After QR scan fail with cause "Handshake Failed", I manually configure the zoiper with TLS support and it working ok. My point is if something blocking tls connection then it never works. I found 2 mobile set with same problem.

Hey there,

The message you see is not related to the SIP protocol, but to the HTTPS connection that is established when scanning a QR code. Handshake fails because of broken SSL on the device as we rely on it.
