Warm Transfer

Hello,

We need to have the frontline admins that answer the phone be able to take an inbound call.

Place them on hold and call an agent. then conference the agent and the caller in together

and then hangup with the inbound caller talking to the agent.

a transfer but a voice hand off.

How can this be done?

Hello,

It is not possible to have a conference where you do not participate in.
You can achieve the functionality you are looking for by:
- answering the first call
- calling the agent
- making a 3 party conference
- removing the people from the conference (this will lead to 2 individual calls)
- make a blind transfer to the agent.
