Jabra Remote Call Control

Question

After reviewing several headsets I have decided the Jabra 9000-series work the best for our application.

I had been using Counterpath's Bria with the Jabra and decided I would test Zoiper's softphone as an alternative.

However, upon doing that, I noticed there are no Remote Call Control features supported for Zoiper as with Bria.

Is there something special I have to do to setup Jabra support for remote call control?

Hello,

Both Zoiper Free and Biz support HID headsets for answer/hangup buttons. The option should be enabled by default after the installation. If your device have some sort of control station try selecting different sofphone from there and make some test calls.
