Cant make calls

Hi, 

I am using sipgate basic and want to place and receive calls via Zoiper. I downloaded Zoiper and logged in with my Sipgate ID but when I try to call someone it automatically hangs up. What do I have to do to set up the account? I would also like to receive calls here under my sipgate number.

Hi,

Try to contact Sipgate's support team, verify that you are dialling the number with supported by them format. For example they might not support numbers that start with "+" or something else.
